From the North:

Take Highway 41 South to Fond du Lac, and take the Hickory Road exit off of 41.  Turn Left onto Hickory road, and drive North to the first traffic light at Pioneer Road (B on map below).  Turn Right on Pioneer Road (also called ‘Hwy V’).  Drive to the second traffic light, which will be Main Street.  Turn Right on Main street and my office will be several hundred feet ahead, 1020 South Main, on the Right side of the road (C on the map).  From the parking lot you will see two buildings; I am in the building on the Right.

Directions

The intersection of the 151 Bypass and Main Street (hwy 175) is closed for construction, possibly for the entire summer.  Please see the alternative routes below.  Patients arriving from the North, South, or East should use the corresponding directions; patients from the West or Southwest (e.g. Madison or Waupun) should take the usual route to highway 41, and then take 41 South and follow the directions for patients arriving from the North.

From the South:

Take Highway 41 North to the first Fond du Lac exit, which is Hwy 151 North, The new Bypass.  It has had different names during construction, but it is the first FDL exit, and the first exit after passing the Highway B exit a few miles South of town.  At the top of the exit ramp turn Right.  Get in the Left lane, and turn left on Camelot drive, just before the Fond du Lac Surgery Center (B on the map below).  Follow Camelot drive past all the empty lots (C on map below) that were supposed to fill up with businesses from other states, who were eager to experience the Wisconsin tax climate.  Camelot drive will wind around and end at Main Street.  Turn Right on Main Street, and my office is 1/4 mile ahead on your Left (D on the map).  From the parking lot you will see two buildings; I am in the building on the Right.

From the East:

Take Hwy 23 to Fond du Lac.  Just as you pass the Aurora Surgicenter and Clinics get in the left lane, pass under the Hwy 151 Bypass, and turn Left onto the bypass going South.  Follow the highway, noting the silly median lanes at the intersections of Fourth Street, Rienzi Road, and Hwy VV— the only places in the world where you will find such bizarre highway design, which resulted from complaints by several senior citizens that Hwy 151 was ‘just too big to drive across’.  You will eventually pass under Highway 45, and then you will pass the new BP station that was built but never opened as a result of the senior citizen complaints.  You will next see the Fond du Lac Surgery Center coming up on the Right side.  Just after passing that building, turn Right on Camelot Drive (at B on the map above).  Follow Camelot drive past all the empty lots that were supposed to fill up with businesses from other states (C above), who were eager to experience the Wisconsin tax climate.  Camelot drive will wind around and end at Main Street.  Turn Right on Main Street, and my office is 1/4 mile ahead on your Left (at D above).  From the parking lot you will see two buildings; I am in the building on the Right.
